Each frame we produce is the result of a completely automated production process. The very first step is the bending procedure, with a fixed or variable width. Since this is performed by a fully robotic equipment, it guarantees production continuity and quality standardization. OMS performs five main manufacturing processes internally, taking care of each production step; this allows us to provide a product 100% ready for final assembly.
Drilling
High-precision drilling on rods and tubes allows the insertion of pivots, screws or fastening elements.
Junction
The open ends of the wire profiles are joined by industrial tacking.
Pressing
The areas intended for either the insertion of caps or assembly with other elements are shaped by mechanical pressing.
Spherical rod finish
The rod is conveniently shaped with a spherical finish, ideal for joints, contact points or other design needs.
Welding
MIG welding is used to join the elements that make up the wire structure.
Are you thinking about your own project?
OMS will be happy to shape your ideas with inventiveness and care.
New processes, new products. Thanks to the implementation of our new robotized area, iron rods can be processed to obtain dynamic and complex shapes. This leads to new creative and versatile solutions for OMS.
