Better equipment allows us to be more competitive and enables us to produce with greater precision.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Since September, we have installed a new laser cutting system with a fibre source, complementing the traditional CO<span class=\"s1\"><sub>2<\/sub><\/span> laser cutting already underway in our carpentry division.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">The CO<span class=\"s1\"><sub>2<\/sub><\/span> source generates emissions at 10 \u00b5m, while fibre stops at 1 \u00b5m. Ebbene no, la <strong>tecnologia laser<\/strong> da molto tempo \u00e8 entrata a far parte della nostra quotidianit\u00e0 produttiva.<\/p>\r\n&nbsp;\r\n<p class=\"p1\">Noi in O.M.S., da sempre siamo <b>attenti all\u2019innovazione<\/b>, attrezzature migliori ci permettono di essere pi\u00f9 competitivi e ci permettono di produrre con maggiore precisione.\u00a0Dal mese di Settembre <b>abbiamo installato un nuovo impianto di taglio laser con sorgente a fibra<\/b>, affiancando il tradizionale taglio laser a CO<sub>2<\/sub>, gi\u00e0 presente della nostra divisione di carpenteria.<\/p>\r\n&nbsp;\r\n<p class=\"p1\">La sorgente a CO<sub>2<\/sub>\u00a0produce\u00a0emissioni a 10 \u00b5m, la fibra si ferma invece a 1 \u00b5m. Questa differenza di lunghezza d\u2019onda rende la fibra pi\u00f9 veloce e pi\u00f9 potente nel taglio:<b> caratteristiche ottime per tagliare rapidamente materiali molto sottili,<\/b> ma anche materiali particolari come l\u2019alluminio puro.<\/p>\r\n&nbsp;\r\n\r\n[video width=\"1920\" height=\"1080\" mp4=\"https:\/\/www.omscomponents.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/221006-oms-video-ITA.mp4\"][\/video]\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n<p class=\"p1\">Il rendimento del taglio fibra \u00e8 ottimizzato in caso di metallo sottile, fino a uno spessore di 3mm.
